Dear Carol,

I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my Beltone hearing aids. As you know I have needed hearing aids for many years. After being told that Beltone was the best, I came to you in hopes of restoring my hearing. I don't know how to tell you how glad I am that I decided on Beltone, so I am writing this letter to express my gratitude.

From the moment I made my first appointment I found the treatment and service superb. You gave me patient, efficient and personalized service with your kind, considerate and thoughtful manner. I appreciate your “had to be perfect” approach to creating my hearing aids. I feel so secure having a health professional that can be trusted.

I have had my hearing aids for one and a half years. Unlike many of my friends who complain about the problems they are having with a competitive product, I have not experience any problems with your dependable, quality hearing aids.
